-looks like the camera if you look at the trailing edge of the wing.. great shot of the Sabre. i find this one hard to get a good shot off becouse of the light coming though from behind

In camera Panorama shot which was designed for doing landscapes and things like that. Close up it does tend not to get it quite right. You can see the effect also on the leading edge of the Pioneer and the red/white flag on the Provost shot.

One of the advantages of using manual settings. I've gone for the slowest shutter speed, hand held, widest aperture and a high...ish ISO to let in as much light to the sensor as I could, hand held.
Another advantage is having a camera with an electronic view finder rather than an optical one. What you see is what you photograph so I can adjust the settings to make the image lighter.

-Looks like they are going to re-engine the Wellington!! :diablo:
Might need something a little more substantial than fabric to cover it then!:D

Had my annual/early birthday visit to Cosford on Wednesday. The Conservation Centre was a bit crowded, more than I remember than in previous years, and you really need a very wide angle lens to take any decent photos in there as nothing is set out with photographers in mind. All taken with a Sony NEX-5N CCS, hand held with manual settings.
