Otto Aviation Celera 500L- Potentially Military?

Anybody have info on this one? One report states that it is "intended as a passenger airplane able to fly long distances from small local airfields." Not sure, though, if there might be any potential military or intelligence-gathering applications. And the prop looks far too small, at least to me...

Hard to think at a passenger aircraft. Think at the Cg and the aft wing. With a payload that forward it myst have some heavy gear behind. I already mentioned my take on the particular Fuselage so I'll leave it here. Only the prop with its small diameter make me think that it is designed for high rpm.

Look like test aircraft designed for ether battery powered or fuel cell.

Fuel cells. To me, yes. That would explained the mass repartition and the zeppelin like structure (mono-spar fuselage).
