It flew very low over the village near Ware too.

    Not sure whose it was.

Pimpernel I believe it was the bbmf. Later at home in Thame, Oxon we had a Yak 52 fly over and then 2 biplane but sorry couldn't see what sort.

Yaaay! First actual sighting of a classic this year - Harvard circling in the Croydon aerodrome area! That rasp will have woken a few people up!

Thanks Merlin power, for some reason it didn't show up on Flight Radar 24. I thought all the BBMF flight could be tracked.

It doesn't help either that all the transit flights and displays are not now published.

Photo Fanny from Chino is supposed to be coming to Europe to shoot a Catch 22 TV series. Saw it discussed somewhere, on here?

Just checked and apparently filming for Catch 22 starts in Rome at the end of this month? Pretty sure it was a B25.

FR24 confirms Photo Fanny flew from Wick to Deauville earlier today...

Only just saw your post for Sunday 20/5.
Sorry No Tiger Moth in Stow on Sunday , but the two bi-planes were G-EBLV DH60 Moth & G-AEBJ Blackburn B2 from OW to Stow Maries, and a very good display they did as well, the show was sold out, a 1hr and 5mins flying display was enjoyed by all. The only other bi-plane we had in was G-BWWN Isaacs Fury II , also from OW

About half an hour ago a V22 came in to land at Boscombe Down and a fast jet has just flown by at speed, I didn't see it but it sounded quite low.

SOFIA went off for a check ride yesterday afternoon. Apparently the check ride involved beating up March AFB for 10 minutes or so. Two passes along the runway, then over the freeway overpass at the North end of the field & a 3rd off to the East side behind the airfield buildings. I'd guess 747's beating up airfields is kinda rare..

Saw this today, but not quite this close, saw the rocket trail from a few miles away.

It looked like this from where I was:

Saw the wonderful Blenheim Mk I fly over St Albans in the direction of Hatfield today, quite low and with a lovely roar of Bristol engines.
