Yeah...AF plant 42 at Palmdale is pretty sensitive site. Among the other super secret airframes built there were the Lockheed L-1011 Tristar airliner, the USAF's T-38 supersonic trainer, B-1 bomber and F-5 lightweight fighter. Certain specific programs are classified by their nature, but the facility itself is hardly a "top secret desert assembly plant".

F-16V (vs Block60) has a newer radar and a larger central display (likely due to better data fusion).

    Here's the full card.

There are likely also EW suite increments that they'll look to add since it is something that is unique to them.

    Incredible news:

Super Hornet could be chosen as Bulgaria’s next fighter jet by July

Interest in the Super Hornet indicates that a new major competitor could join the Bulgarian tender, under which the country is aiming to replace its Soviet-designed Mikoyan MiG-29 aircraft with Western-made fighters. The planned contract is estimated to be worth some 1.5 billion levs (U.S. $890.9 million).

Russia’s ‘proof’ that U.S. helps ISIS is from a video game. Mistakes happen, Kremlin says.

Russian drones, the Foreign Ministry in Moscow said on social media, spotted the convoy fleeing Bukamal on Nov. 9, the same day Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s forces said they captured the key militant stronghold on the Euphrates River. Their safe passage was “irrefutable evidence” that the United States allows the Islamic State to wreak havoc to meet its interests in the region, the ministry said on Facebook and Twitter.

If you’re a gamer interested in air combat simulators, you may have already seen the convoy before you gunned downed digital enemies on your computer screen while playing AC-130 Gunship Simulator: Special Ops Squadron, released in 2015 by the Byte Conveyor game studio.

Airliners And F-15s Involved In Bizarre Encounter With Mystery Aircraft Over Oregon

"Just landed in Seattle coming from the bay area. Beginning over Southern Oregon we kept overhearing Seattle Center attempting to track an airplane with no transponder who wasn't talking. A handful of crews were able to track it visually, best they could tell it was between FL350-370 [35,000-37,000 feet], northbound. Nobody close enough to see the type.

Last we heard it was over the Willamette valley northbound and some fighters, perhaps out of PDX [Portland International Airport], were scrambled to go take a peek. Center had trouble tracking it on primary radar.

Strange! My theory is they were running drugs to Canada. No news yet, not that I could find.

**Update 0500z. Called SEA ARTCC. The gentleman I spoke with said that they initially got alerted to the aircraft from Oakland Center who was painting it on primary [illuminating it with radar, but without transponder information]. For whatever reason they couldn't track it themselves on primary, [...]"

    Not a Bee, yes.

On this video, notice the linear oscilliation of the front oleo moving back and forth after touchdown.

French president lift last hurdles for more Egyptian Rafale

“In 2015, the French industry had extended loans covering 60% of the cumulative value of arms sales to Egypt at the time [with the remaining 40% paid upfront by Egypt from its national funds]. These loans were underwritten by the French government,” the report added.

During his latest visit to France, Sisi explored a new deal to buy more Rafale fighter jets. However, Dassault Aviation, the manufacturing company, refused to complete the deal with the same previous guarantees and justified this with the doubts concerning the economic deterioration in Egypt, according to a report by the French financial newspaper La Tribune.

On Oct. 24, French Minister of Economy and Finance Bruno Le Maire said that his ministry is refraining from the Rafale fighters deal because of the payment conditions Egypt requested. “It is normal that Bercy [the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance] would want to make sure Egypt is able to pay its plane orders,” Le Maire said.
    And today:

    -----------

The Elysée palace requested that Bercy (Finance minister) does to not block anymore negotiations relative to the sales of the French fighter aircraft Rafale from Dassault-Aviation. Our sources stated that it's the Foreign minister himself (ex-defense Minister under the former administration) that brought the good news to General Sisi during the youth forum at Charlm el-Cheikh
