    Dealings with Museums. Loan agreements

I'm considering loaning some items to a Museum and wonder if any members have a copy of a 'loan agreement' that they have used. I've heard stories of items going missing from Museums etc or of things been damaged. Has anyone got a template of a loan agreement that can be amended to suit ?

Whats this for? Stern Gland instrument

Really haven't got a clue what this is for or what it was even used on. Totally out of my depth on this one.
Some sort of gauge with the words STERN GLAND behind the needle. Has apart number 36182/242 ?
Also bears the crown AM mark on the back of the unit.
    Any one any ideas ?...

Interesting. I assumed, due to the high reading on the gauge, that it was a post war early jet item

    oil temp gauge ID

Am considering repairing or renovating an oil temp gauge that i've found (with the correct precautions) Problem is I'm having trouble identifying which aircraft it would have been used on. I assume its an instrument made in the US or Canada as there is no AM Stores ref on it. The only numbers on the face are No T/979...

Part ID please pre WW2 trim wheel ??

Not sure on this one. I think it could be a trim wheel. There is a paper tag on it and I can make out the word 'Tutor' however the first word is eligible. My only thought is an Avro Tutor After some cleaning I have also found a part number which reads 9R1382. No sign of a makers stamp though. Item has a diameter ...
