    Sorry ChrisD, but for me if a restoration/new build is worth doing, then it is worth doing correctly. It is not being fickle, it is wanting 100 % accuracy. Why settle for just being grateful?, If i am parting with large amounts of money to watch an airshow, then i expect to see a correctly profiled...

  • I have to disagree, the film is a very hackneyed and cliched portrayal of the English during WWII. The CGI is terrible, and i just cannot believe that any serving RAF pilots, English or Polish would be at dispersal in their civvy clothes.     No i don`t think the spinner shape has anything to do with the nose panel. It just seems to be a recent trend that the forward panel angles down very sharply towards the spinner.     That really is a dreadful nose profile on Hurricane V7497. Why are all the new Hurricanes coming out looking like this?. Surely that top panel is,nt too hard to produce in the correct shape?....
