    Hi David, you are at Duxford often so you may be able to help me with a couple of queries, firstly are the two Friedkin Mk1's going to the US imminently and also is TD248 currently airworthy as I've not heard anything about her this year (I know she is based at Humberside but she is maintained by ARCo I believe), many thanks Pete

    Hello Dave,
    Your photos and updates on Duxford priceless thanks so much. As I am not visting Duxford for a while could I ask a small favour. In the American Air museum by the B-24 is a servicing platform with 2 manakin engineers. I do not know if it is an original USAAF one but would like dimensions of the pipework 2" or 3 "inch diameter ? for a model I am making. I have the plans but not the diameter of the pipes . Any help much appreciated .
