Interesting, Capsian Fleet will be moved from Astrahan to Kaspisk, Dagestan (not far from Makhachkala).

Is that an actual legit photo? If so I have a few questions.

I'm guessing the rear bays are UKSK, the hell is the front bay? It looks like a launching system judging by the square shape and the circular holes on top of it but its deployed outside of the sub? Would cause serious drag and flow noise. There's also what looks like a deployed bay door directly located underneath that weird front silo, perhaps for underwater drones/lockout bay?

Remember the 8 Boreii and 8 Yasen by 2020?
Welp, 955A has been moved to 2019.

I predicted (anyone with half a brain could have really) at the beginning of this decade that there would be 4 boats by 2020, looks like that will indeed be the best case scenario.

Regarding Borei and Yasen the change in time lines has been a known fact since 2015 and officially mentioned too that the schedule has been extended from 2020 to 2024 mostly due to technical reasons and delayed in testing the new types....the upgrade of Oscar and Akula too has been similarly entended

Cruiser "Varyag", after training firing cruise missiles "Vulcan", becomes a raid in the Ussuri Bay, April 2018.

It was known well before 2015, officials just kept moronically repeating it for public consumption reasons. Sevmash's rate of 955 construction has not fluctuated that greatly since the turn of the decade, this is nothing surprising.

With upgrades, they are delayed because of financial reasons since 2015, as well as shipyards underestimating scope of work. See Zvezda flubbing 971 repair, missing 949 deadlines, and even Zvezdochka having all those 971s moored without work even beginning on them yet.
