Going to or coming from DHC.
(Edit: after a little hunting - 5V-MAG - c/n 62 - ordered(or delivered) 17 June 1976, hard landing in May 1989... later withdrawn from service.)

-Mysterious Mi-17 #96195 shot 15-Dec-2007 in Poprad, Slovakia.
According to insider sources two helicopters were destined for a special force unit of an unknown country. They were loaded into an An-124 with en route destination Istanbul, Turkey.. The most mentioned suggestions of a final destination were Pakistan or some of the ex-CIS 'stans.
