Nice paint job! Do we know how many Flankers Ethiopia has, IIRC there were two different orders?
Not sure about two orders, never heard of that.
Eritreans got two Su-27UB twinseaters (ERAF601 and ERAF602) and eight Su-27S single-seaters (ERAF603 to ERAF609). They are all assigned to 6th sqn at Asmara. No idea about ETAF numbers, though.

Have any new images of African FLANKERs ever turned up? Like those operated by Angola, Eritrea, or Ethiopia? The latter two are visible in Google Earth even, at Asmara and Debre Zeyt.
Angolan SU-27 at Lubango. I'd like to believe the other aircraft is an SU-24, but then what do I know...

Not true, there is one Su-24 visible on the ramp at Catumbela. But you are partly correct, those two aircraft are FLOGGERs.

Thanxs Flex.
Wikipedia put me in doubt. Any new photos of Cuban Mi-24 around the world?
I still hope that some took good photos of them.
