Two Hueys with heavy bombs, again Lebanese.

The one on the left (L-1104) with the french 400 kg bomb and the right (L-1005) with 2 Mk 82 227 kg bombs. Both photos released by the Lebanese air force and taken at the Kleyate AB.

Did you mean Chadian rebels? Uganda is at least two countries away.

I have more and better recent photos of the Lebanese Hunters. I will post them here later or else the Small Air Forces Thread will become Lebanese Air Force thread instead :D

Maybe when we get to page 2 of this thread.

Vatche, we'll be waiting patiently, although I don't think that it would be any harm if you decided to post them sooner rather than later.

Recent photos of Lebanese Air Force Hunters. Sorry for the watermarks, it's to protect from abuse from other websites which have made a habit of sticking their name on photos not belonging to them.

Going to or coming from DHC.
(Edit: after a little hunting - 5V-MAG - c/n 62 - ordered(or delivered) 17 June 1976, hard landing in May 1989... later withdrawn from service.)

Mysterious Mi-17 #96195 shot 15-Dec-2007 in Poprad, Slovakia.
According to insider sources two helicopters were destined for a special force unit of an unknown country. They were loaded into an An-124 with en route destination Istanbul, Turkey.. The most mentioned suggestions of a final destination were Pakistan or some of the ex-CIS 'stans.
