-Too early to make that assessment. Perhaps the pilot did not initiate the ejection for some reason such as spatial disorientation, perhaps there was some other physical reason, perhaps he thought he could recover but misjudged his flight attitude, etc. It happens, unfortunately.

Surely you messed up a letter there.
Anyway, this is the 2nd fatal Eurofighter crash recently. An Italian jet crashed during an exhibition flight like a month ago. Probably doesn't have anything to do with the platform itself (the Italian crash was clearly due to a grave misjudgment/piloting error, and the pilot had no time to eject, and I bet this is something similar)

On arrival to Albacete Airbase, three aircraft pulled up, the fourth just rolled slowly until inverted and plunged to the ground

-Not wanting to speculate, but it appears in those photos that one climbs vertically, one climbs and banks left and another climbs and banks right. I wonder if the display routine finale was for the fourth member that crashed to continue in a straight line or roll inverted and continue?!
Just a thought.
