The aircraft might have been overhauled in Ukraine, but it is an ex-German L-39ZO code 28+11.
What I do not understand, however is its true operator because it is the same aircraft (coded 751) as the one carrying the South Sudanese army flag..
Has Uganda donated it to South Sudan?

Looks remarkably similar to 9G-AEL overhauled for Ghana govt.

Im confused about this digital camoed bird too guys...

It is an Ugandan or a South Sudanese one? because it looks the same machine to me... AFAIK two digital Ugandan birds were first spotted in 2015, one of them was AF-751:

So South Sudanese these birds are.

I disagree with the notion that there were two digital machines.. It looks like a sole L-39ZO #751, albeit photographed prior to grey color and the serial having been applied and then after. And exactly this machine has finally found its way to South Sudan.. Correct me if I am wrong, ain't that a rather convenient way how to pass around embargoes for arms deliveries to conflict zones?

After detailing those pics, Im quite sure you are right.. its the same L-39.

The South Sudan L-39 pilot pointing at the bullet holes caused by small arms fire is actually Bulgarian.

Two South Sudan L-39s were painted by the Bulgarians at the Entebbe AFB, then found their way to South Sudan.

The origin of these two South Sudan L-39s is Bulgaria, since all the Ugandan L-39 pilots were trained in Bulgaria and serviced by the Bulgarian personnel.

The Ukrainians have supplied two L-39s to South Sudan through Uganda?

Who says so? That's a false report.

I didn't expect you to take these pics from hungarian newspaper website, much less for hungarian flag on the flight suit.

I extend the greatest gratitude for clarifying the source for your discovery for the first time.

Can't you be more elaborate to let me know about the sourse for Ugandan MiG-23 pic you posted several months ago?

I can't go to the bottom of this as though you told me that you took it from facebook.

Besides, I'm also interested in your source for your latest find. Gambian IL-62M and Su-25 photographed at the Banjul IAP.
