I have been trying to find a Bhutanese Mi-8 or Do-228 since I started collecting images, and so far I have nothing. It is proving to be one very difficult prize to obtain.

Excellent !!! So now we slowly get the idea where the Mi-171Es from the cancelled FMS order for Afghanistan have ended..
At least two went to Chad (TT-OAZ and TT-OBA), now it's Zambia.. Resold by DTI Defense Technology Inc., for $12.7mil a piece it's a steal..

The blue main landing gear doors fade in with the blue flaperons and blue wing underside. Two former Libyan Air Force SF.260WL's were delivered as gift in September 2010, after Independance parade . Serials reported as TZ-411 and TZ-412.

Looks like SF-260, even if the absence of the MLG covers is somewhat deceptive.

Yes, I forgot to add. You're entirely correct, it's a Hip of Forces Armees Nigeriennes, upgraded for UN SAR ops by Lithuanian ASU Baltija
