    but as far as I can see , Thread #15 is NOT yet closed !!
    (some former threads closed at +- 1000 posts ! What's the rule ?

      Luxemburg air force? No, just kidding! It's an ex French Army O-1. Civil Registration in Luxemburg. Don't know if it's still flying as it suffered a broken back in 2010.

                I am not sure if the DRPK's AF is considered "small", but their capability certainly is.

                    They could be dumping fuel. The saddle-bag hosts fuel and the cabin heater, on that side. Someone took a decent risk in taking that photo. This could also be a prop from an upcoming movie as well. Photos coming out of the DRPK are not that good, usually.

                      no fuel or hydraulic leakage, but an agricultural combat helo fighting american bugs, I bet....
