That's what the owner said he was thinking of when I talked to him last August, but I would also not be surprised if a military scheme appeared.

Yes, bolyman, it is an ex-Spartan aircraft. Given all of the surviving Aussie Mozzies and most of the Canadian survivors owe their survival to use for mapping both countries, recognition of this significant postwar role would be good.

Newforest - I reckon VAM probably only come second to Grumman in Mallard handling... There were three or four in the shop when I last visited.
