-Thanks for that matey but that much I'd already got. Not being any good at maths (any more than 10 I have to remove my shoes and socks, more than 20 and I reach for the plastic brain:) ) I was hoping someone could tell me the difference as a percentage.

the lower wing has only a size of 64.3 % compared with the upper wing surface
- or -
the lower wing surface is smaller 35.7% than the upper wing surface. ;)

This may seem like a stupid question but if I don't ask I'll never know.
What is the difference in % terms between the upper and lower wing as regards span and chord?
Any help anyone can offer would be much appreciated.
