On my daily trek up the A23 this morning I passed a HP/SAL/BAe (delete as you see fit) Jetstream fuselage on a truck. Time was about 8:20am, and the truck was just approaching the A23/A272 junction, heading south towards Brighton.

Jetstream was in an RAF-type colour scheme - White roof, red cheat-line and blue lower fuselage/undersides, but I don't remeber seeing the red/white/blue tail flash. The wings might have been on the truck too, but I only caught a quick look. The tailplane had also been removed.

Anyone got any ideas where it might be heading?

Cheers

Sounds like the ex-DERA example latterly at everett aero. Be interesting to know where it ends up.

A last answer mentioned.

This was the second one delivered in as many weeks, on will be a static airframe the other to be used for ground runs with the college

Thanks Guys

Northbrook College had already crossed my mind as a possible destination.

Must pop across to Shoreham in near future. Hopefully one or both will be visible, if only during the annual RAFA airshow when Northbrook's hangar is open to public.

Thanks
