How about this, the RNHF could fly their Swordfish in a formation routine with some Chipmunks, and call the formation "Fish and Chips". :) The Best of British right there.

" Stringbag kite and Bismarck rudder,
history attaches one to the other,
There they go for all time,
Linked together and that's fine".

"For Chippie, Training was the stint,
With strained instructor sucking mint,
Stall and spin a wondrous quirk,
Accompanied by instructors smirk".

Pity Turkey never operated the Cranberry ( Canberra nickname to some )

Yes, that would have been a sight to see roasting around the display circuit. Some good ideas sprouting...

Of course if one still had the RAE Raspberry ripple paint scheme, it could go with the Cranberry.....

I guess a Goose and Duck could be added to the nautical aviation airshow menu?

I want to see the Entomology pair...a Firefly and Mosquito...
And for those of you who remember your school Greek...The Lepidopterology flight would be a huge hit...Puss Moth, Gypsy Moth and the entire DH family.

Gipsy Moth please Mr B! :)

Tony Haigh-Thomas had such a fleet of DH light aeroplanes many years ago - from memory he had a Gipsy, Tiger, Fox, Puss, Leopard, Hornet and a Moth Minor...
