Just a heads up, but the show 22/23rd Sept is now sold out, and there will be no tickets at the gate, or online.
Good news for the IWM, but I imagine many miss the days when you looked at the forecast the night before, and decided go /no go .
It has to be said the line up is spectacular, with about 18 Spits and maybe five Hurricanes, plus quite a lot of noisy, whooshy stuff.
Post Shoreham, the airshow sentiment was very negative, but three years on actually I think things are not too bad, at least in terms of popularity. Shuttleworth has had a storming season, blessed with good weather, and with 6 decent displays in a year, they really are Airshow Central these days.
