Not sure on this one.
I think it could be a trim wheel. There is a paper tag on it and I can make out the word 'Tutor' however the first word is eligible. My only thought is an Avro Tutor
After some cleaning I have also found a part number which reads 9R1382. No sign of a makers stamp though. Item has a diameter of about 12 inches
Any one like to have a guess ??
