    Such an elegant machine, not sure that I would want to get out of it in a hurry though. Having said that, I wouldn't want to have to get out of any aircraft in a hurry!

    A thing of real beauty and a credit to all involved.

      Lysander tiny windows - for visual checking of the balance weights. Lysanders are very sensitive to C of G

          God forbid.
          What would look nice though would be undercarriage stub wings festooned with supply containers or small bombs. Any chance of a Message hook as well ?

            Out of curiosity, why was the red spinner removed for its first flight?
            pb::

            Comment

              Following initial operational testing and taxi trials on the ground there were some engineering reasons that required close visual scrutiny of the hub during and after operation. The spinner makes visual and rectification access difficult and as a result was left off to enable monitoring to be fascilitated. All back on now ready for further flight testing...

                Thanks Roobarb. She looks great and I can’t wait to see her in the flesh.

                What’s next? Firefly? Walrus?

                          Believe their next display is in fact the Battle of Britain show at the end of the month.
