"1930's Flying Boat Bits' on telly last night..

Did anyone else see this? http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...nd-johnny-ball

First appearing around 9:00 - Are these really what they kept saying they were throughout the program - anyone recognise anything at all?

Obviously a prop, but I loved it when the pointed out the boat propeller on the bottom as coming off a seaplane, however I did not recognise this blade at all, it was a shame to split them though after someones hard work.
