Richard Champion de Crespigny's book "QF32," about the Qantas flight that suffered a catastrophic, uncontained engine failure a couple of years ago, is out and available electronically (I think hard copy in Australia only). Not cheap--about $20 U.S.--but fascinating even if you think you know "all about" the incident. (de Crespigny was the captain of the flight.)

I've heard complaints here and there that the book isn't available electronically in the U. S., but I had no trouble downloading a copy from Amazon onto my Kindle.

My recommendation, by the way: skip the first half of the book, which is an account of de Crespigny's life before QF32, and start with the account of the flight. Modesty is not his strong suit, and it shows when he recounts his bio.
