-Items
Mmm...that RPM gauge looks nice! Is it for sale?
The whole lot appears to be stored in what looks to me like a Gloster Meteor ammunition box.

-Tony, he actually wants to dispose of these items but he hasn't got a clue (and neither have I for that matter) as to what a fair price might be. I just thought I'd help by making their existance known.

-Hi
To me three options...
If you are going for max money e bay.
If you want the items to go to a project, an idea of the price for some items could be gained from the link below.
Or wait till the next aerojumble...
cheers

-John You have some really nice pieces,
If you are going to dispose of these parts i would suggest
Get as much as you can for your friend who was keeper of the items for so long.
I am sure they guys on here will offer a fair rate for the bits they want and then put the rest to ebay to clear.
Be nice to see some bartering on here :diablo:
They wont show their hands ha ha ha

-As ever, take care, as some of the instruments may be radioactive.

-Bruce, thanks, I have already told my friend and he recalled a conversation we had had at Point Cook re instruments.
Thank you all for the positive comments. I know that my friend would prefer them to go to where they will be best used. Can anyone definitely ID the crate as being Hurricane.
Apparently the original owner had all sorts of junk and one item my friend recalls seeing but does not know what happened to it was an ME109 servicing kit!
I have no financial interest but I would like the owner to have a fair recompense (whatever that might be)

Today we made a first visit to a friends farm in a remote part of the country and knowing my interest in things aeronautical, he produced from a barn a Hurricane acumulator box which he had not opened since aquiring it from an elderly ex RAF relative. Inside were a Rev counter plus drive cable, a Boost gauge, a brake pressure gauge and a bomb selector switch plus some small electrical test units. The accumulator box is in remarkable condition complete with lid.
