Bought it at a military fair this afternoon. Paid around 25 P.St for it. Said to be from a crashsite in Holland. Guess I didn't pay to much for it, being from a Spitfire (here at home, everything I dragged in and explain it is a treasure, is considered junk, but now I have a good excuse I think.)
Just an update that being it from a Spit, it will go on display in a museum I know and work with, untill the end of the 2012 season.

Got this part this afternoon, said te be from a WW2 crashsite, but isn't that allways the story. Anyway, it looks like some kind of flap. Inside is an unreadable plate, aswell as a readable one. Being no expert, I wonder if the type and part can be Identified?
