Huge mix of ranks and units in this photo. Major General Bullen-Smith and Lt. Col Kingsford-Lethbridge both appear to have been with 15th (Scottish) Infantry Division in 1943 before Major General Bullen-Smith took over 51st Highland Division.
I'd be very interested to know more about those pictured and more about the picture itself such as a possible location.
