A veteran pot dealer creates a fake family as part of his plan to move a huge shipment of weed into the U.S. from Mexico.
          Absolutely hilarious 8/10

Five friends head to a remote cabin, where the discovery of a Book of the Dead leads them to unwittingly summon up demons living in the nearby woods. The evil presence possesses them until only one is left to fight for survival.
Quite good compared to the original 7/10

          Kick Ass 2

Giant killer worms lay siege to an American desert town, and they're VERY hungry! Great fun!

                Puss in Boots

Antonio Banderas reprises his feline vigilante in this great Shrek spin-off. This time, he goes after the mythical magic beans with Humpty Dumpty in the hopes of grabbing a fortune, thankfully without a talking donkey in tow!

                    JAWS

Need I say more? (Other than I still can't count how many times I've seen it!)

                    Battle of Britain

One of the greatest aerial war films ever made - and they still can't better it with all that CGI malarkey!

                    War Horse

Spielberg's take on the classic children's book cum stage play. Still makes me well up after the dozenth time!

                        Malta Story

Classic British war film about the besieged Mediterranean island. Some good bits of Spitfire porn in it, if you can forgive the Mk.XVIs playing Mk.Vs!

Watched ' The Divide ' well worth a watch a group of people trapped in a basement during and after an Nuclear attack. very dark but shows human nature as it would be I think.

                                Django Unchained

Another of Tarantino's usual bloodthirsty efforts. I'm a bit "meh" about this one after the first viewing, so will have to watch it again. Plus, while the word "nigger" may have been used in context in this film, hearing it every ten seconds (or thereabouts!) gets a bit yawnsome after a while. Someone needs to tell Tarantino to dial his fanboy geek side back a bit!

The Client - Joel Schumacher. Tommy Lee Jones and Susan Sarandon and Brad Renfro excellent as the 10 year old boy, and sad that subsequently he made few films as good, got involved in drugs and petty felony and eventually died from an accidental heroin overdose aged 25.

                                          Gladiator

Russell Crowe kicking ass in historic Rome as a fallen general sold into slavery who becomes a gladiator hell-bent on exacting revenge against the people who killed his family. Contains one of the best spine-tingling speeches in history.

                                          Pearl Harbor

Ben Affleck and Josh Hartnet battle the Japanese and compete for the heart of Kate Beckinsale in a so-so big budget war flick directed by Michael Bay. Watch it for what it is, go into it without thinking about Tora! Tora! Tora! and you'll be fine!
