-According to the excellent book Wings of Cessna by Edward H. Phillips...
The 325 was a strengthened Model 305/O-1 Bird Dog designed for aerial application work.
It had stronger landing gear, larger wheels and brakes, a larger 230PH engine and constant speed prop (sounds like Cessna 180 parts).
It looks like a O-1 with the rear windows faired over and spray bars underthe wing. Four were built...the prototype ended up in Panama.

Here's a question, what is a Cessna 325, looks as though maybe only one was made, N1175D, any photos of it?:)
