    Midair collision between helicopter and small plane over Italian Alps.

    5 fatalities have been reported.
    Five people were killed and two injured when a helicopter collided with a light aircraft in the Alps in northern Italy, mountain rescue officials said.

            It will be interesting to learn what part, if any, the sun's position played in the collision,
            There are two sides to every story. The truth is usually somewhere between the two.

              At no time in the video did the other aircraft come into view before the impact. It will be interesting to see the two tracks.

                Given that the crew is projected to the right (watch for head and upper body movement), the impact came from the right, probably underside and within forward quarter.
