-No problem at all. Vis was quite good. Anyone flying in that area; a very busy aerial crossroads - I live there - always keeps a very sharp lookout, hence no unpleasant surprises.

Armed with a freebie landing voucher, flew into Goodwood yesterday. Beautiful day and excellent vis. made even better. At fifteen hundred feet, I crossed the southern part of Thorney airfield and there appeared, at the same height, about one hundred yards bang in front, a Mk9 Spitfire coming from the direction of Goodwood.
What a thrill, to occupy momentarily, the same piece of airspace !
