You don't actually use the scenery library, it's there for FSX to use.
All you do is put extra scenery in it or take stuff out of it. But don't go messing with what's already there - you need it!
For instance, if you download photographic scenery, it will be placed in there. If you download some airports, you'll have to add them to it.
There is an explanation in the learning centre.

How do I gain the benefits of the scenery library. I'm not sure how to use the library and there are no instructions to guide me. Can anyone help, please?
