Interesting visitor to Dublin today with spare engine for a Lufthansa A319 that had gone tech. First AN12 visitor in many years,I believe it is the oldest flying AN12, great sight among all the Airbuses and Boeings !

Nice pics Argo. Always had a soft spot for Soviet era transports. Never seen many though, only the occasional Ruslan. They must be rare visitors this side of the pond.

Russian built aircraft are sorely missed from our skies, they always added variety. Look to the skies these days and it's 80% chance it's a 737-800 or an A320. Very sterile!
