they are saying on the local news (i live in kent) that there is some paplication to make manston the 5th london airport - what do oyu lot think , thanet certainly needs the jobs.

Not sure about the name though, it sounds horrible.

Manston Airport in Kent will get a new operator from early summer time when a new airline called Mama Airlines will start operating to 11 destinations using 737-800's.The airline will not be a branded budget carrier but still be competitive on price compared to other larger airlines.
Good to see a new airline,but i'm not sure about the name,seems a bit modern and strange for a british airlne!But anyway its nice to see airline operting out of Manston.
