I actually like the look of it. It's also nice to have a low-cost carrier that is within good reach of my home.

It's certainly a very different livery but sadly not one that appeals to me...!

it doesn't actually look as bad as the model did!

I admit it doesn't look to bad but i'm still not keen on the low cost idea.

I've seen far worse liveries - It is better to see it in the 'flesh' though - Photographs often don't do colour schemes justice.

Well, creative but a bit dull.

I'm not that keen on the colourscheme, I wasn't on the model either.
Apparently the airline is doing really well with sales before its even started flying!
To be honest after thinking about it for a while I think its a pretty good idea. BMI have had a lot of aircraft spare since September and with the low cost carriers doing so well lately then it makes sense.
I'm pretty sure now that these were the first bmibaby shots on the web! :-)

The colour scheme is'nt too bad actually. It has grown on me, just as the my travel one is beginning to.

I think the livery is actually quite good.....
It is not the best i have seen but really it is quite nice.
The MY TRAVEL livery is really poor, why waste a good corporate brand name and image (airtours) with such a poor livery???
I hope BMIbaby does well
Are they going to be flying to MAN at any point??? I would like to see it in the flesh.
Regards MIK€.

I think all these new liveries are a load of rubbish. All except for Britannia (TUI) that is. That is a real hit with me and I think it is bright and will look great when the sun is shining in some foreign country.
The others just dont appeal!

Yes, I to am a fan of the TUI livery, it is better than the previous although losing the Britannia image may have been a mistake.

bmibaby only have plans to operate from EMA at present, it was only set up after Go announced routes from there.
I'm not keen on the Britannia TUI colours, I'm hoping to get a pic of that today, the aircraft that departed EMA yesterday was in the new colours, hope its still the same one due in today!

The first bmibaby aircraft has been painted and is at EMA now.
G-ECAS is an ex bmi aircraft taken out of service earlier in the week to be painted at Norwich.
I've heard the colours will be officiallly reveiled next week (16 Mar) and that there are pleasure flights the next day.
Here are the first pics:
