Have a search on Sky Scanner. There seems to be a few choices, although a one-way flight will set you back around £65.

You won't have alot of options from Thiruvanthapuram.
Deccan will definately fly into Thiru from New Delhi and you can also find some good fares on Indian Airlines and Kingfisher.
As for Agra... best way is to drive down. Its only a 3.5 - 4 hr drive. But if you want to fly Indian flies there.

I'm traveling to Kerala, India on 1st Feb and looking to get from Trivandrum to Delhi/Agra on or about 8 Feb, can anyone help with a good Indian budget airline that may fly these routes ???
