Chaps - whatever happened to the LASS scheme for spotters in the UK? Did this take off or did it roar over the edge of the runway into a ditch as one might expect? http://www.laasdata.com/taess.html

Dunno about the LAAS scheme, not seen anything in the SKYPORT since last summer...

Question is though now BAA are closing the visitors centre soon, will there be anywhere left to spot legally at EGLL :(

The BAA keep saying different things, I've heard one day, a few months, and a total closure all from BAA sources. Who knows what they are actualy going to do with it!
