-Great shots, do you mind if i ask what camera you used? And where abouts at Gatwick they were taken?
I get to Gatwick about once a week with my work, and generally have a bit of spare time for some pics, just need to know the best locations. :)

The photos were taken from the inner perimeter road, which is a perfectly legal place to be and when they use 26L it's great. No parking though, so you have to park up in one of the short stay car parks and walk there. In the south terminal, head towards the arrivals area and there's a sign that points you towards 'local buses'. Descend the stairs until the exit, and turn right. You'll be in the service tunnel at the moment.
Keep walking down and you'll eventually come into daylight. It's obvious from then whereabouts the runway is (look for the approach lighting) :)
Btw, I used a Nikon D50 camera.
