Airbus lands A319/20 orders from Italy & Mexico

Air One has ordered 30 A320s to replace their 737s, with options on 60 more. Volaris, has ordered 16 A319s, with options on 40 A320s. 44 airlines have now switched from Boeing to Airbus!!! Thats quite a worrying figure for Boeing. Ah well, only 12 days into 2006 and its already Airbus 46-0 Boeing.

Well: The order, placed with Boeing in December 2005, is valued at more than $11 billion at list prices and deliveries are scheduled to begin in November 2006.

So placed in december 05, then it still is 46 - 0 for airbus .

      Good news for Airbus!
      Regards,

      Jeroen

Boeing doesn't seem to be in a toobad shape after the massive orders they booked in Nov and Dec.
