They certainly are, the Air Europa livery is rather bland, whereas the Cebu livery is quite eye catching

-Too bad they put white under the registration as it throws off the tail a bit.That's the manufacturer's test registration and the construction number on stickers. The colour of the real registration will be more appropriate to the livery, and on the yellow/orange background.
