-Great shots from a seriously under-rated airport! I cannot wait for September when I can go there again (and I promise an illustrated spotting report!)
I am still waiting to bag the Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan aircraft, and also Mahan would be nice, as would Air India when they start. The only thing which lets BHX down is the lack of good eating places in the terminal :(

Got both the Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, i's nice when Uzbek send the 763 in but as you can see mostly 752s are here. I havn't got the Mahan aircraft yet. As for eating places, Burger King is all i need :D (but of course there are other places)

-The Dragonfly pub in terminal 1 is vile, the food is some of the worst I've had in a pub. Also that all day breakfast is weird as well.
For a more detailed account on the facilities of BHX visit this link http://www.luchtzak.be/postt6001.html where I wrote a whole screed about Birmingham-Brussels-Birmingham, with attention to the eating facilities at BHX.

Went to BHX (Brum Airport) today and here are a few photos, it was a nice few hours with plenty to see. Had clear blue sky at times but also plenty of cloud, airliner's ain't my main interest so I'm not 100% sure what I was watching but it was a nice change from historic or military stuff.
Just arrived when this was taking of.
This landed rather close to the end of the runway, full reverse thrust :)
Dunno what this was.
Another jet take's off.
And another take off.
Airbus or 737.
