I just unfortunately switched over to the totally crap news show "Fox and Friends" that somehow streams in live from Fox TV to see a CL-600 Challenger corporate jet plane has crashed off the end of the runway in Tetterboro (sp?), New Jersey.

Of course as the live pictures are coming out minutes after the impact, and firefighters are trying to extinguish the plane and the warehouse it has crashed into, the Fox idiots have speculated on every angle of the cause, who might be onboard, whether it might be terrorist or criminal related (!!) and much more total rubbish, whilst the pictures have displayed the serial clearly, no doubt upsetting many people related to the victims.

Very irresponsible journalism!

I just turned on FOX. They are a bunch of idiots. They are wondering if the 11 people inside got out would they have closed the door after them.

Luckily there were no victims in this crash and most folks walked away. It doesn't look like a very good few months for Bombardier as we've seen a CL-600, CL-601 and CRJ200 all crash within 4 months.

any more and the CL/CRJ series might get grounded?

Same thing happened the the DC-10... spate of seemingly un related crashes cause the entire fleet worldwide to be grounded for a while

Was the DC-10 not grounded due to a design flaw that caused the hold door to open in flight causing the crash of an AA & THY aircraft?
