-Just looking again at that - some of those are BE flights using 142,
the other larger aircraft would be 737 of Air Malta and Air Europa, and 757 of BY etc, plus whatever else is called in to cover.
You have got me interested as to what larger aircraft have used Southampton! And as a matter of interest, my first flight from there was as an ATC Cadet in an Avro Anson:eek:

-Batbay,
ta for linking to my pic on Airliners.net - there have been a couple of larger movements in the past.
Heavylift Il76 bringing in equipment for the pollution control centre in Southampton - that was impressive and I have also seen an AN12 !! there bringing in parts for the Ford factory.
The BBMF Lancaster is an ocasional visitor during the airshow season.

I have been browsing through the pictures on a.net, and have seen a pic of a BY757 taking off from Southampton! I was unaware that BY operate in and out of that Airport, I thought it was only the small carriers like BA citiexpress, Flybe and Aurigny.
Other Jets(biggish ones that is) are:
Air Europa 737
Air Malta 737
Aegean Cronus Airlines 737
Britannia 757
Many thanks for your help. :)
