-The southern tip of Manhattan island in New York City. The financial district is right in the middle with Ground Zero in the lower left corner of the picture.

-Basically the same picture taken the next day. We were lucky to get the same approach twice in one week to LaGuardia Airport. This one has a better view of Ground Zero albeit slightlyl blocked by the window edge.

-From the previous point looking north up Manhattan. The Empire State Building is visible in the middle of the picture.

This first one is of Chicago Meigs Field. The starting airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator for you computer fliers. As you can see the runway is torn up and has big X's across it. The mayor decided he didn't like it as an airport anymore and sabotaged it one late night. Not a very popular move. What an idiot.
