-Yeup! The red lever for some device to do with the 3 engines, they raent the throttle but maybe the starters...?

-Seeing as they appear to have guards could they be the extinguishers?

-Almost certain its an MD11. the DC10 had another air conditioner outlet to the right of the three engine toggles. There isnt one in that photo.
MD11 is my guess.
