-Torrential rain and heavy flooding in Dublin last night. Travel chaos across the city.
Unfortunately, an off duty Gard directing traffic was swept away and killed (in Wicklow).
Weather a lot better this morning but there's still some disruption (not sure about the airport) and the cleaning up.

-Sounds bad over there.

-Thanks EGTC - got my feet wet but count myself fortunate - a lot of businesses and residents have a much bigger job on their hands. One more person found dead in a basement but amazingly that seems to be the extent of the fatalities.

Looks like something going on at Dublin airport, all aircraft seem to be stacking and some heading to Shannon.
According to the airport website it appears to be bad weather and wind sheer.
