-Don't know.
I know very little about charter airlines because I never fly them.

-I think Caledonian Airways had MD-11's on order so if they were still around I'd expect them still to operate these, or have just started retiring them.

-Air Europe ordered them for use in the UK, i believe these would of been passed to Airtours, MyTravel then Thomas Cook would of retired them by now.

Air 2000, Still have the A320's, A321's, 757's and 757's but also A330's.
Air Scandic, Perhaps 767-300 widebodies and 757's non leased on charters.
Air World, Still A320's and A321's.
Britannia, Still 757's and 767's but also with 737-800's, pretty much same as Thomson.
Caledonian Airways, Perhaps A330's for long haul, A320's and A321's for short haul. No L1011's or DC10's.
Dan Air, Perhaps a mix of 737NG's including 700's and 800's.
Inter European, 757's and A320's.
MyTravel (Before merger with TCX) A320's, A321's and A330's and i recon they would of ditched the 767's.
Virgin Sun, Mr Branson would of still had A320's and A321's.
XL, would now be 767 free and would operate 737-800,900s and use A330's on long haul .
