Nimrod AEW3 first flight dates

I have recently uploaded (to Irish Air Pics) a picture of Nimrod AEW3 XZ286 at Farnborough in 1980 (it can be seen at this link: http://www.irishairpics.com/photo/10...ent-Executive/) and in doing so I tried to establish just how many of the 11 Nimrods converted to AEW3 configuration actually flew as such.

The first flight date of XZ286 is well-documented - 16th July 1980 - but few of the others seem have flight details on record. I have only seen pictures of 4 in the air: XV263, XZ285, XZ286 and XZ287.

Does anyone have a note of the first flight dates of these aircraft? The airframes involved are:
