If anybody ever tells you anything about an aeroplane which is so bloody complicated you can't understand it, take it from me: It's all balls. RJM.

    And now something even differenter...

Glenn Hughes singing 'Whiter shade of pale'

This old rocker was also at the High Voltage festival last month (ex Deep Purple) and still got a fair vocal range !!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7YtSfj3Enq4

edit also a slightly earlier (better) version...

Chuck Berry at the height of his come back career in the early '70s.

I saw him three times during that period, once in Doncaster and twice in Manchester. On the first occasion in Manchester, he walked off stage after just twenty minutes because he was hacked off by his backing band. We in the audience were less than impressed! A couple of years later he was back and gave a superb performance - perhaps he reckoned he owed it to us. The concert review in the Evening News was headlined "Oh Chuck Berry, Manchester forgives you!"

If, like me, you are a life long Berry fan, you don't want to be clicking on any Youtube links of his recent performances. He's now a very old and frail man and it's time he hung up his guitar - he actually fell asleep during one show earlier this year. Remember him for performances like this, a specially arranged BBC concert from 1972, with a good backing band....

Now if only someone would turn up that other BBC concert by Albert Collins - I'd give good money for a copy.
