    Second runway at London City?

Take a look at this picture:

If you look to the left of the runway across the dock their appears a small runway. Does anyone know what this is please?

This has always been my favourite airport, would be great if it could expand further! Just how many aircraft can it hold at any one time? Any one know?

Ditto. I believe ramp space has always been at a premium at LCY, so would it be feasible to build more ramp area on the "Red Bull" side and conect to the main airport via a causeway/taxiway? I guess that would mean bussing passengers out to the aircraft there though.
